Progressive Medical, Inc. is committed to providing a comprehensive package of benefits to ensure total well-being for the employee and family. Regular, full-time employees meet the eligibility for all benefits, while part-time employees may only qualify for part of the benefits package. Employees are eligible for benefits on their first day of employment at Progressive Medical, Inc.

Employee Life InsuranceThe Principal Plan1 X  employee's annual salary life insurance benefit
Dependent Life InsuranceThe Principal Plan$5,000 Spousal policy $1,000 - $2,000 Child policy
401K**Merrill LynchEmployees are eligible for 401k enrollment the first quarter following six months of continuous employment.

* Employees are eligible for Short term disability benefits following six months of continuous employment.
