
Progressive Medical, Inc. conducts the following pre-employment tests and verification:
Progressive Medical, Inc. supports a drug free workforce. PMI utilizes Secure Check, Inc. for its pre-employment drug tests. Candidates with positive results from the pre-employment drug test will not be offered employment at PMI. Secure Check will conduct a 9-panel drug test (urinalysis). The drug test will be conducted at Secure Check's facility. The test results will be sent directly to Progressive Medical, Inc.
Progressive Medical, Inc. supports a tobacco free workforce. Candidates with positive results from the pre-employment nicotine test will not be offered employment at PMI. In addition to the 9-panel drug test, a nicotine panel will be included with the urinalysis exam. The nicotine test will be conducted at Secure Check's facility. The test results will be sent directly to Progressive Medical, Inc.
PMI utilizes Secure Check, Inc., for its background testing. The existence of a criminal record will not automatically disqualify an applicant from the position for which he/she is applying. Secure Check will conduct a statewide criminal background check via electronic fingerprinting for all Ohio residents. The electronic fingerprinting will be administered at Secure Check's facility. The results will be sent directly to Progressive Medical, Inc.
Progressive Medical, Inc.'s credit checks may be conducted for employees working in the Finance, Accounting and Sales departments and may be requested for other employees if necessary. Unsatisfactory results from the credit check will disqualify an applicant from the position for which he/she is applying. Progressive Medical, Inc. utilizes Secure Check for its credit checks. The information will be submitted to Secure Check by an HR Representative. The results will be sent directly to Progressive Medical, Inc.
You will be asked to provide documentation of the highest level of education you have received by submitting to PMI your original diploma, transcript, degree, certificate, etc. If you are unable to obtain your High School diploma, you may request a letter from your High School (on school letterhead) stating the date that you graduated.
You will be asked to provide the names and phone numbers of three (3) individuals you directly reported to (e.g., Vice President, Director, Manager, Supervisor, Team Lead, etc.) within the last five (5) years. If you have worked in multiple positions over the last five (5) years, you will be required to provide a reference from each place of employment you worked at.
