The DUR program is an innovative, computerized system which was developed in-house to track, flag and report on prescription drugs that are paid or unpaid under an injured workers' insurance. This system ensures that no unauthorized prescriptions slip through avoiding fraud, dangerous interactions and over-prescribing.
