Innovative, Cost Savings ToolPMI's Information Exchange (IFX) program is an innovative tool designed to provide our customers with a secure method of communicating information pertinent to an injured party's file, as well as providing cost savings information. By providing real time account information directly to the client, PMI has revolutionized cost containment services. Real time account information is available online any time, day or night.
As a PMI customer, you will access a secure Web site and login with a username and password. Once connected to the site, you can select your area of interest. From there, you can choose from several customized reports depending upon the service and which timeframe you would like to review.
Reports are downloaded in PDF and excel formats, reflecting detailed information such as fee schedules, a comparison of what your company saved and what charge PMI applied to that service. Savings percentages are also applied.
