The COMPASS Program is a development experience intended to assist employees in discovering the leader within. The program utilizes a combination of self-study, classroom interaction, experimental group work and project management to develop leadership skills that can be applied to any role or industry.
On Friday, September 14th, twelve Progressive Medical employees graduated from the 2007 COMPASS Program. To graduate, each group had to research and present solutions a to a challenging issue facing Progressive Medical. These issues included:
