Employee nominations are accepted monthly in three basic categories in addition to one category reserved for Management:
Recognition for providing outstanding customer service to an external party. External parties include injured parties, vendor companies, insurance companies and clients.
Recognition for providing outstanding customer service to an internal party.
Recognition for an employee who demonstrates the value of cooperation in the work place by his/her high standards of professionalism or achievement. This employee willingly shares responsibilities, provides support and shows respect for other employees.
Recognition for an employee whose work is performed in an exceptional manner and whose quality of work is reflected in their day-to-day effort.
