When is it appropriate to request an Intervention RX??
To document inappropriate therapy and to review recommendations for therapeutic management
What information does Progressive Medical require to complete an Intervention RX??
To complete an Intervention RX?, required information includes, but is not limited to the demographics of the injured party, original and current medical records, test results, treatment plans, pharmacy records, lists of both compensable and non-compensable conditions and contact information for the claims professional.
The claims professional will need to make a request for a simple, standard, complex or severe interventions, based on the number of medications used and the thickness of the records being supplied.
Once all required medical information is received, the Intervention RX? will be completed within 30 business days.
