Mirapex® is now available in generic as pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets. Mirapex is indicated for use in the treatment of the signs and symptoms of Parkinson’s disease and moderate-to-severe primary restless leg syndrome (RLS) and has also been used off-label for treatment of fibromyalgia and depression.[1]
