AutoMed Solutions has a robust network of both local and national providers to provide the most appropriate transportation to get the insured to their appointments. Requests are handled 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ensuring medical visits are kept on time, regardless of special needs, distance of travel or unique circumstances.
AutoMed Solutions provides nationwide coverage for non-emergency transportation services including:
- Wheelchair van transportation
- Sedan for ambulatory injured parties
- Transports for the medically restricted (Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support)
- Air transport
Language Services
AutoMed Solutions provides language services necessary to ensure information is communicated swiftly and accurately to the insured, overcoming difficult language barriers.
Over 200 languages (including American Sign Language) are available. In- person interpreting by certified interpreters, document translation and phone conferencing are offered through AutoMed Solutions' Language Services.
AutoMed Solutions has interpreters available to provide interpretation services within 24-hour notice or immediately upon request.
