Information Exchange (IFX)
AutoMed Solutions' secure, Internet-based Information Exchange program, (IFX), allows claims professionals to access an insured's prescription history and manage all aspects of the claim as well as provides a state-of-the-art reporting tool. Reports are available in electronic, hard copy or Web-based delivery options. Any report can be exported into a PDF or Excel file for further manipulation.
