Biddulph Promoted to Executive Vice President

(Westerville, OH)-  Eleanor E. Biddulph of Galena, OH has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Client Services.  As a member of the Executive team, Biddulph provides direction and leadership for the Pharmacy and Ancillary divisions of Progressive Medical, which deliver retail and mail order pharmacy services, medical equipment, home health and other health services to the firm's clients and their injured parties and beneficiaries.  Ms. Biddulph is primarily responsible for working closely with other Executive team members to communicate and implement programs and processes in support of Progressive Medical's mission, vision and values as well as developing current and future leaders in the organization to reflect Progressive Medical's leadership model.

Ms. Biddulph has called Progressive Medical home since 1993 and has performed in several different capacities, effectively stepping into the roles of Marketing Manager, Receivables Manager and Director of Service Delivery. Ingrained within her departments are five key values she and her employees live and work by: being fully present, positive attitude, teamwork, respect and integrity. Using these five values, Ms. Biddulph and her leadership team have developed and streamlined the customer service departments to continually exceed customers' service expectations.

A New Jersey native, Ms. Biddulph is also nearing completion of her degree in Organizational Leadership with a Speech Communication minor from Otterbein College, on track to graduate Summa Cum Laude in 2009.  She was recently inducted into the Torch & Key Society, which recognizes distinctive academic excellence.
