(Westerville, OH)- Tron Emptage, MA, RPh, of Columbus, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Business Development. As a member of the Executive team, Emptage will be responsible for both the Clinical Services and the Business Development teams.
Mr. Emptage has brought to Progressive Medical over 18 years of pharmaceutical and managed care experience. Mr. Emptage's professional experience includes all aspects of the delivery of pharmaceutical care; ranging from retail & home delivery to home infusion. He has managed product development, overseen customer relationships, assisted outside and inside sales and has developed clinical programs . In his tenure at Progressive Medical, Emptage has overseen Pharmacy Services, Clinical Services, National Account Management and most recently has served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.
Mr. Emptage holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy and a Master of Arts degree. Tron is an experienced lecturer and teacher and is affiliated with several professional organizations. This vast portfolio of experiences have made Emptage an integral part of the Progressive Medical team; moving the company forward in the national pharmaceutical managed care arena.
