(Westerville, OH) - Shelly Maccow of Westerville, OH, has been promoted to Information Services Manager. Ms. Maccow joined Progressive Medical in April 2005 as a Business Systems Analyst III and has been the Project Manager on many significant projects of the IS team.
In her new position, Ms. Maccow is charged with managing and directing all levels of team members and consultants including systems analysis, design and program development in the implementation of business information systems, while ensuring the system quality and performance are to standards. She will be specifically leading our Business Systems Analyst team. Our Business Systems Analyst team works directly with the business to define/deliver solutions that help to maintain and grow our business. They deliver the requirements documents from which our Development team works.
Ms. Maccow earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Florida. She has since focused on professional development opportunities in the areas of management and leadership including those specific to Business Systems Analysts and Project Managers.
